M. Daniel Perskie, Esquire, is a partner in the law firm. His areas of expertise include personal injury, product liability, civil rights, and criminal law. He received a B.A from Temple University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1988. He serves as an arbitrator for New Jersey Superior Court and also conducts private arbitrations. He was a member of Governor McGreevey's transition team charged with overseeing CRDA. Mr. Perskie has tried numerous jury trials and has obtained many significant verdicts for his clients.
Robert T. Fendt, Esquire is a partner in the law firm. He brings with him over 30 years of experience, exclusively representing injured people and their families. Mr. Fendt's litigation specialties are in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury matters. He received a B.A. from Temple University in 1977, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning the Presidents Scholar Award; and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1981.
Mr. Fendt spent the first 10 years of his law practice in Philadelphia where he represented many union members, including blue collar city employees, teachers and maintenance workers, as well as state public employees. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, the New Jersey Trial Lawyer's Association, and The American, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Tara L. Cannaday, Esquire is an associate in the law firm. She received a B.A. from American University in 2002 and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2008.
In addition to handling the law firm's personal injury matters, Ms. Cannaday heads the firm's New Jersey No-Fault PIP Arbitration group. She also handles employment law matters for the firm's clients.
Robert A. Stacchini Jr., Esquire is an associate in the litigation department of the law firm. He received a B.A. from Rutgers University in 1999 and a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to joining Perskie & Fendt, P.C., Mr.Stacchini served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joseph E. Kane, J.S.C. in the Atlantic County Superior Court.
